How do I pay?
We currently confirm payment directly with you after quoting. There is no online payment gateway inside the app.
Can I pay cash on site?
Yes — COD or invoice arrangements can be confirmed with our team when they respond to your quote.
How do quotes work?
You submit a booking with selected services and schedule. Staff review and may adjust totals; when the quote is sent your booking status updates and you can accept or respond from My bookings.
Are prices on the website final?
The catalogue shows base from-prices. Your final quote may vary by property size and add-ons — always shown in AUD before you confirm.
